Are you a positive and solution-focused leader ready to make a meaningful impact in neurodevelopmental care? We’re looking for a Team Leader to lead our admin and customer service team to support the delivery of our ADHD and Autism assessments.
Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Team Leader. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.
đź’ˇ About the Role
In this role, you will:
Set and maintain service expectations by conducting performance reviews and one-to-ones, providing ongoing support for team development.
Manage KPIs, take morning planning meetings, and send weekly update emails including rotas and staff planning for the week.
Attend contract meetings to discuss accounts, check reporting including audits and monthly savings, and provide weekly reporting on deliverables, individual stats, and monthly saving reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, implement and monitor quality assurance processes and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
This is a role where your mentoring and coaching skills will really make a difference.
