If so, Proclinical has an exciting opportunity for you to join our global Learning & Development team as a Global Performance Coach, supporting the growth and development of our recruitment teams across Proclinical and R&D Partners.

As a Global Performance Coach, you will play a pivotal role in developing high-performing recruitment professionals across our international business. You will lead onboarding programmes, deliver engaging training workshops, facilitate individual and team coaching, and partner with leaders to identify opportunities for development and performance improvement.
Working with recruiters at all levels, you will combine your coaching expertise, commercial understanding, and passion for learning to create meaningful behavioural change, accelerate productivity, and support career progression across the organisation.
Core duties include
Managing and delivering the global onboarding training experience for all new hires, ensuring a consistent and engaging introduction to Proclinical and R&D Partners.
Delivering our global recruitment training programme across all levels of the business.
Facilitating individual coaching, group coaching, and call coaching sessions to improve recruitment capability and performance.
Supporting recruiters and leaders to identify development opportunities through structured coaching and targeted performance interventions.
Building strong relationships with managers and senior stakeholders to proactively identify learning and development needs.
Designing, developing and facilitating engaging workshops using a variety of learning methodologies and blended learning approaches.
Creating and implementing bespoke development plans for employees, providing clear written and verbal feedback to support growth.
Using performance data and recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure training effectiveness, and recommend development solutions.
Acting as a champion for Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools and other recruitment technologies to drive productivity, consistency and best practice across the business.
Supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of the company's e-learning platform and digital learning content.
Coaching recruitment professionals on core recruitment skills including business development, client management, candidate engagement, sourcing strategies, and market expertise.
Driving a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and high performance across the organisation.
Collaborating with global Learning & Development colleagues to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence across all training programmes.
You will have:
Experience within Learning & Development, Training, Performance Coaching role OR experience as a 360 recruiter, with exposure to delivering training workshops and mentoring staff
Experience delivering engaging group training workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions.
A proven ability to influence performance and drive behavioural change through coaching and development.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner with leaders at all levels of the business.
Commercial awareness with an understanding of how learning and development contributes to business performance.
An interest in life sciences recruitment, or a desire to develop expertise within the sector.
A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
