We have exciting opportunities for recent graduates looking to start a career in recruitment. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and matching candidates to job positions for our clients. Your primary goal is to understand the client's needs and requirements and find the best candidate that fits both the job role and company culture!

We're looking someone that is driven, confident and keen to learn and get stuck in as we offer a full training programme delivered by our top billers, equipping you with all the tools and techniques to set you up for success!

Everyday you will...

• Build, manage and leverage relationships with a range of existing and prospective clients and candidates

• Attend client meetings to develop an expert understanding of client requirements and expectations

• Identify, approach and attract prospect candidates and clients within your specific market using a variety of sources and strategies

• Work towards weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs to exceed financial targets
