We support NHS Trusts and private sector organisations by placing registered nurses, midwives, operating department practitioners, doctors, allied health professionals and psychological therapists into temporary, permanent and contract roles. 💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Source and screen mental health professionals for positions, building relationships and ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

• Understand role requirements from our clients and assess candidates suitability.

• Account manage healthcare clients and build strong relationships to generate repeat business.

• Conduct new business development calls with healthcare clients.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

• Recruitment or sales background with demonstrable experience working to targets.

• Experience working in a fast paced environment.

• Proven experience in building stakeholder relationships.
