We’re excited to be recruiting for a Relationship Manager to join our Bank Partners team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong relationship management, operational leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills to play a key role in driving performance and strengthening our partnership with Whittington Hospital.
This is a highly visible, operationally focused role where you’ll work across all levels of the Trust, building strong and lasting relationships with frontline teams, operational managers, and senior stakeholders alike. You’ll act as the face of Bank Partners on-site, ensuring a collaborative partnership approach while delivering an exceptional service that supports patient safety and workforce performance.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operational delivery and contract performance, ensuring targets and gross margin are achieved while identifying opportunities for service improvement, growth, and greater workforce efficiency.

đź’ˇ About the Role
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of Whittington Hospital, from frontline teams through to senior leadership
Act as the on-site lead for Bank Partners, increasing visibility, engagement, and collaboration across the Trust
Oversee the operational delivery of the contract, ensuring a high-quality, responsive, and efficient service
Take ownership of contract performance, including delivery against targets, KPIs, and gross margin
Identify opportunities for growth, service improvement, and operational efficiencies
Present performance updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders on a regular basis
Lead, develop, and support a team of on-site Business Partners and Coordinators
Manage escalations effectively and build confidence through proactive problem-solving and communication
Work collaboratively with Trust stakeholders to support workforce planning and patient safety initiatives
