Bookings Partner
Permanent, Full Time
Woodstock, Cape Town
Salary: Basic R17 100 plus shift allowance R1 900
Working Hours: Shifts between 06:00 – 22:00, Monday to Sunday (rotation basis, including weekends)

We’re looking for a Bookings Partner to join our team and help coordinate healthcare bookings, ensuring the right professionals are matched to the right shifts at the right time.

💡 About the Role
In this role, you will:
Proactively contact healthcare professionals to confirm availability and match them to priority shifts
Build strong relationships with healthcare workers to drive engagement and future availability
Support the fulfilment of bookings to ensure service levels are consistently met
Work closely with internal teams to understand demand and priority areas
Manage shared inboxes and respond to queries from clients and candidates
Maintain accurate data and ensure high levels of attention to detail
Provide updates on booking progress, challenges, and performance

🎯 What You’ll Bring

Experience in a customer service or call centre environment
Ability to manage a high volume of calls and queries
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
