Marketing & Content Apprentice (Level 4)
Manchester-based with regular travel to the London office (approximately twice per month; travel expenses covered)
Full Time, Permanent
£23,000-£26,000 per annum
Apprenticeship Duration: Typically 15–24 months
Training: Minimum of 20% off-the-job learning, including study days, workshops and online learning
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Content Apprentice to join our Health & Community Xyla Division.
This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing. You’ll support social media, content and wider marketing activity across the division while completing a fully funded Level 4 Marketing apprenticeship. You’ll be involved in real campaigns and content, helping bring content ideas to life and seeing how your work makes an impact.
Working closely with the Senior Social Media and Partnerships Lead, you’ll support content creation, help keep marketing activity organised and build strong foundations across digital marketing, social media and content production. This role is well-suited to someone at the start of their marketing career who is keen to learn, develop their skills and grow in a supportive, fast‑moving environment.
💡 About the Role
In this role, you will
Support the planning, scheduling and publishing of social media content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging and aligned to brand guidelines
Monitor social channels, track engagement and respond to comments or enquiries in a timely and professional way
Create simple visual and video content, including basic video editing, using Canva and approved brand templates
Support content creation through research, proofreading and quality checks to ensure consistency and tone
Assist with the production of a range of content, including website content, emails, newsletters, case studies and thought leadership
Help keep marketing activity organised by updating Monday.com boards, chasing approvals and gathering assets
Carry out competitor, event and market research and support internal communications and marketing admin
🎯 What You’ll Bring
You don’t need to know everything already. This role could be a great fit if you:
Have a clear interest in marketing, content and digital platforms, shown through education, work experience or personal projects
Are familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook and enjoy creating or experimenting with content
Are organised and reliable, able to manage multiple tasks, follow processes and meet deadlines with good attention to detail
Are keen to learn, proactive in asking questions and happy to take ownership and follow up on tasks
Enjoy content creation and communication, whether that’s writing, visuals or video, and are comfortable using tools like Canva or Microsoft Office or excited to learn
