🌟 We’re Hiring: Mobilisation Manager

Fixed term contract until March 2027

Full time hours + on call every 7 weeks

Homebased with office and hospital site visits twice a month

£35,000-£40,000 per annum

Are you a proactive and solutions focused individual who enjoys building relationships? We're looking for a Mobilisation Manager to join the team and work with hospital trusts to build and deliver on NHS contracts.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Mobilisation Manager. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's clinical care team work with over 80 NHS trusts to deliver a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services – all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Attend site visits and manage mobilisation meetings with NHS clients to support with the mobilisation of a diverse portfoilo of clinical insourcing services.

• Ensure our contracts are fully staffed by engaging with healthcare workers and building out rotas, and collaborate with our compliance team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Support our clinical leadership team to manage any risks identified as part of the mobilisation process and ensure the timely reporting and investigation of any incidents.

• Be responsible for tracking and forecasting sales, providing a weekly update with bridge analysis from the prior week to the Head of Mobilisation.

• Actively promote other services across the organisation when interacting with our NHS clients.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

• Account management or project management background

• A proven track record in building relationships with external customers and internal teams.

• Experience within the healthcare sector.
