Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced environment? We're looking for a Quality Assurer to join our team and provide support to a team of health professionals to ensure our planning of project delivery is done with maximum output from the clinical team.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Quality Assurer. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's care assessments team offer a range of assessment services to support local authorities in providing the best possible health outcomes for the communities they serve. Our teams regularly act as additional resource to aid local authorities in supporting as many individuals in their health needs as possible, whether that be determining eligibility for continuing healthcare, carrying out a deprivation of liberty assessment, or even occupational therapy or physiotherapy assessments.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Assist in quality control of clinician’s work under supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility as skills develop.

• Participate in reviewing the validity of checklists with a mentor, gaining confidence in making independent reviews.

• Liaise with clinical teams, care providers, patients and their representatives.

• Work towards timescales in line with NHS guidance and internally agreed KPI’s.

This is a role where your organisation skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

• Strong administration experience.

• Customer service experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Background in health or social care.
