You don’t need a background in recruitment to apply, our experienced managers will guide you through a training programme and ongoing coaching, sharing knowledge they’ve gained from years in the industry.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring an Client Delivery Consultant. Part of Acacium Group, Liquid Personnel are a leading social work agency and healthcare recruitment specialist. We work with local authorities & schools to place Education Psychologists on contract roles.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Business development calls - sales outreach & relationship building with clients to win projects.

• Source educational psychologist candidates from a variety of different avenues including LinkedIn, social media, referrals and the internal database.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial attraction, to onboarding, deployment and retention strategies.

• Work towards clear goals and performance targets agreed with your manager, with plenty of support to help you achieve them.
