Are you looking for a recruitment role with purpose and meaning? We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team and resource social workers to meet the needs of our clients. You don’t need a background in recruitment to apply, our experienced managers will guide you through a training programme and ongoing coaching, sharing knowledge they’ve gained from years in the industry.

Part of Acacium Group, Liquid Personnel are a leading social work agency and healthcare recruitment specialist. We work with local authorities, the NHS, fostering agencies and charities to offer agency and permanent roles.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Source candidates from a variety of different avenues including LinkedIn, social media, referrals and the internal database.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial attraction, to onboarding, deployment and retention strategies.

• Work towards clear goals and performance targets agreed with your manager, with plenty of support to help you achieve them.
