Functions Of The Role

• Managing your own recruitment processes to hit personal billing targets

• Building, managing and leveraging relationships with a range of existing and prospective clients and candidates

• Representing the organisation as an ambassador at sector specific conferences and other external events

• Developing market knowledge by staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

• Acting as a market expert both internally and to clients and candidates, provide insights and advice regarding specialist market information and talent availability.

Essential Requirements

• Proven success in a previous Recruitment Consultant position, with a consistent and recent record of achieving personal billing targets in an agency setting

• Evidence of success in business development and new client acquisition within the Life Sciences sector

• Significant experience in sourcing and recruiting for vacancies within Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices businesses.
