Do you have experience working as a Service delivery manager? Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional service? We're looking for a head of Mobilisation to manage mobilsation of all new contracts across the UK. Within this role you will be responsible for managing all internal and external communication and processes, to ensure all contracts that are mobilised are in line with the client’s operational requirements. This role is instrumental in guaranteeing all services are well led, safe, effective and fully delivering for our customers from start to finish.
You will be client facing, collaborating with clinicians, senior managers and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective set up of each of your designated contracts. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that the contracted quality, operational and commercial KPIs are being delivered for each contract, to the benefit of our patients and our client relationships.

Everyday you will...
- Oversee the mobilisation of a diverse portfolio of clinical insourcing services into customers, ensuring the highest clinical and operational standards are always met.
- Organise and attend site visits as part of the mobilisation process for each contract, to ensure the correct operational, quality and governance information is gathered, and fed into operational processes and mobilisation documentation
- Responsible for the onboarding process of our staff with our clients and
arranging all training requirements for clinical staff ahead of first shift. - Lead the initial delivery review meetings with the Services Delivery Managers, Head of Nursing and NHS Clients to review clinical and governance performance and prevent financial and operational inefficiencies, enabling the team to consistently deliver high levels of patient and client satisfaction.
