We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our UK & ROI Staffing team as a Quality Assurance Assessor, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring healthcare professionals meet all compliance requirements. Every day you will:
- Sign off compliance files across multiple brands with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct spot checks to ensure systems are updated correctly.
- Track repetitive errors and deliver targeted training to improve compliance.
- Ensure candidates meet all regulatory standards, protecting the business from legal risks.
- Promote adherence to internal policies and foster a culture of compliance.
- Educate internal teams, candidates, and clients on compliance requirements.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
