We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our UK & ROI Staffing team as a Quality Assurance Assessor, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring healthcare professionals meet all compliance requirements. Your work will safeguard our reputation, support operational excellence, and contribute to the reliability of our services.

Every day you will:

• Sign off compliance files across multiple brands with precision and accuracy.
• Conduct spot checks to ensure systems are updated correctly.
• Track repetitive errors and deliver targeted training to improve compliance.
• Ensure candidates meet all regulatory standards, protecting the business from legal risks.
• Promote adherence to internal policies and foster a culture of compliance.
• Educate internal teams, candidates, and clients on compliance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
