We have an exciting internal opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team as an Operations Director. This strategic role is ideal for a dynamic and forward-thinking leader with a passion for operational excellence and offshore team management.
As Operations Director, you will hold overall accountability for the delivery of operational services across offshore teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, maintaining high service standards, and supporting strategic growth and efficiency initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our service delivery model and driving performance across multiple functions.
Everyday you will...
- Oversee the delivery of offshore operational services, ensuring alignment with business objectives, service standards, and financial targets
- Drive performance, productivity, and engagement across offshore teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, including business growth and operational transformation
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness
- Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, promoting an inclusive, values-driven working environment
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making, track KPIs, and deliver measurable improvements in service delivery
- Support the onboarding and integration of new clients or service lines, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness

To thrive in this role, you must have...
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing offshore operations in a senior leadership capacity
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into operational plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple geographies
- Deep understanding of operational excellence frameworks and performance metrics
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration and data-driven decision-making
- Resilience and adaptability to navigate change and lead transformation initiatives
- A continuous improvement mindset focused on innovation and service quality
