We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our Workforce Engagement Team, where you’ll support our nurses and social workers who deliver vital care in the community. Your role will help drive engagement, retention, and professional growth—making a direct impact on the well-being of our clinical teams.

Every day you will:
Supporting our workforce through key life moments. Handling payroll-related queries and resolving issues efficiently. Gathering and managing availability data for scheduling. Assisting with benefit queries and enrolment processes. Resolving customer queries effectively on first contact. Responding to general HR questions, guiding employees to resources and ensuring follow-ups. Supporting candidate attraction through lead generation. Organising and coordinating team meetings. Participating in performance reviews, offering feedback and collaborating with nursing specialists as needed.
