Once inducted, you’ll take on the Registration of TCS Complex, overseeing all regulated activities and ensuring we meet our contractual responsibilities. You’ll champion best practice, stay ahead of legislation, and drive continuous improvement in the quality of care we deliver.
This is more than a leadership role, it’s a chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of our service users, while helping the business exceed its profitability goals and maintain its reputation for excellence.
Part of Acacium Group, Thornbury Community Services deliver high-quality care as our number one priority. Making a positive difference to our client’s lives is our passion and it’s this that sets us apart.
Everyday you will...

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align clinical excellence with commercial goals, contributing to long-term strategic planning and supporting the delivery of our 5-year growth plan.
- Represent the organisation externally, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring our services reflect evolving national health and social care strategies.
