We are hiring a Patient Coordinator to join Xyla's mental health support team who provide neurodevelopmental services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK.

In this role you will support individuals and families accessing neurodevelopmental services, guiding them from initial enquiry through to assessment booking while delivering an outstanding patient experience.

In this role, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for patients enquiring about ADHD and Autism assessments.

• Conduct screening calls and support patients through the booking process.

• Coordinate appointments and liaise with clinicians and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate records while delivering excellent customer service.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Experience in a customer service driven environment.
