We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to join Xyla Healthcare Services, a leading healthcare services business delivering innovative solutions that improve access to care and better outcomes across the UK.

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of strategic marketing activity across multiple Xyla business units, combining strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution. You'll be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth through high-impact marketing campaigns, content creation and stakeholder engagement, while using data and insights to continually optimise performance.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and deliver innovative marketing strategies and plans aligned to business growth objectives.

• Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring strong performance against agreed KPIs.

• Create and optimise high-quality marketing content, including thought leadership, website content, social media campaigns, brochures and presentations.

• Analyse campaign performance, market trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement and maximise ROI.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to strengthen brand positioning and deliver commercial outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns that achieve business objectives.

• Demonstrable marketing success within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within B2B professional services or healthcare.

• Strong brand management, content marketing and campaign delivery expertise across digital and traditional channels.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
