We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join Thornbury Nursing Services, a leading provider of specialist healthcare staffing solutions across the UK. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sustainable revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

You will manage a robust sales pipeline, identify opportunities within the healthcare market, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding workforce solutions to our clients.

In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across England and Wales, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase market share.
Identify, research and secure new business opportunities, promoting the full range of Thornbury Nursing Services solutions to meet client workforce needs.
Proactively generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline, taking opportunities from initial lead generation through to conversion.
Conduct virtual and face-to-face client meetings, delivering tailored presentations and solutions that support long-term partnerships.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, Recruitment and Workforce teams to ensure an exceptional client experience and successful service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in business development, sales, account management or client relationship management.
Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through to conversion.
A track record of achieving or exceeding revenue, sales or gross margin targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using CRM systems to manage client relationships, opportunities and sales activity.
