Shift patterns between 07:00-15:00 and 11:00-19:00 + 1 weekend every 6 weeks

We are hiring a Care Coordinator to join Thornbury Community Services who deliver exceptional care at home services to individuals with clinically complex care requirements, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
In this role you will manage a caseload of care packages, delivering customer service to our clients and healthcare workers and managing rotas to ensure shifts are filled.
In this role, you will:
Be the initial point of contact for our clients' families and healthcare workers by fulfilling routine and complex requests.
Plan rotas and book healthcare workers in for shifts based on their availability.
Ensure clients needs are met by having selected and maintained the best healthcare workers for their needs.
Work with our clinical teams to ensure all administration is in line with CQC requirements.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a customer focused role with good relationship building skills
Comfortable dealing with a high volume of calls
Ability to handle difficult conversations and an empathetic approach
Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload
