Every day you will:
Lead, motivate and develop a team of Compliance Coordinators to achieve individual and team objectives.
Manage team performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs and quality measures.
Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Support succession planning and development opportunities within the team.
Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture.
Manage team rotas, workload allocation and resource planning to ensure operational requirements are met.
To thrive in this role, you must have...
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or people leadership role.
Experience managing team performance against KPIs, SLAs and quality standards.
Strong coaching, mentoring and people development skills, with the ability to motivate and support team members to achieve their potential.
Experience handling escalations, resolving complex queries and implementing effective solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong planning, organisational and workload management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience within a compliance, onboarding, workforce engagement, healthcare recruitment or regulated environment will be advantageous.
