We’re looking for a Head of Finance to join our team and lead financial strategy, performance, governance and decision-making across our clinical care and health & wellbeing services.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Head of Finance. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Lead financial performance, reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities across our clinical care and health & wellbeing services.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight, robust financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.

• Drive financial governance, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the finance function.

• Lead and develop the finance team while supporting future business growth, scalability and profitable performance.

📚 Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Recognised UK accounting qualification.

• Significant commercial finance experience within services or outsourcing environments.

• Experience working within complex finance structures and delivering results to tight deadlines.

• Experience managing and developing teams.
