We’re looking for a Bookings Partner to play a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals and coordinating essential staffing bookings with our NHS partners. Working in partnership with our clients, we help reduce agency spend, strengthen governance, and enhance flexible workforce models.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Proactively engage with healthcare professionals to confirm availability, match suitable candidates to high-priority shifts, and build a strong talent pipeline by encouraging future availability submissions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare workers, providing exceptional support, fostering trust, and ensuring they feel valued, supported, and engaged throughout their journey.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify priority staffing requirements, share progress updates, and help overcome any booking challenges to ensure service delivery targets are met.

• Manage the shared inbox efficiently, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries from clients and healthcare professionals while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

• Proven experience dealing with a high volume of calls

• The ability to manage a varied workload
