What you’ll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Ensure all healthcare candidates meet required compliance and regulatory standards
Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate documentation
Verify qualifications, credentials, and required checks
Monitor ongoing compliance and flag any risks or gaps
Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
Support teams and candidates with compliance-related guidance
Help maintain a culture of compliance across the business
Contribute to training and awareness initiatives around compliance requirements
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes
