In this role, you’ll ensure that our healthcare professionals meet all regulatory and compliance requirements before being placed in the community. Your work will directly support safe, high-quality care delivery and protect the integrity of our services.

What you’ll be doing

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Ensure all healthcare candidates meet required compliance and regulatory standards

• Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate documentation

• Verify qualifications, credentials, and required checks

• Monitor ongoing compliance and flag any risks or gaps

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures

• Support teams and candidates with compliance-related guidance

• Help maintain a culture of compliance across the business

• Contribute to training and awareness initiatives around compliance requirements

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes
