Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Take a proactive, data‑led approach to candidate attraction, utilising AI‑enabled sourcing tools, headhunting techniques, job boards and targeted outreach to build a strong pipeline of Nurses.

• Conduct structured pre‑screen interviews to assess candidate suitability prior to compliance handover.

• Actively support the compliance team by guiding candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring documentation is submitted accurately and within the agreed timeframes.

• Attend daily operational meetings to provide clear updates on pipeline status, risks, and future workforce requirements.

This is a role where your relationship building skills will make a real difference.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

• Recruitment or sales experience.

• Experience delivering customer service over the phone.

• Experience using Microsoft Office packages.
