Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Recruitment Consultant into our Pharmacy recruitment team in London. Part of Acacium Group, Pulse AHP is a healthcare recruitment agency that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Be proactive in sourcing new candidates into the business, whilst maximising the current candidate pool

• Conduct business development calls to clients to generate new business & increase our share within the market

• Nurture current relationships across existing clients to ensure the quality service they expect is being delivered

• Build on pipeline to ensure KPI’s are being met

This is a role where your relationship building skills will make a real difference.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

• Recruitment or sales experience.

• Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred

• Stakeholder management.
