Field based with frequent travel across Wrexham
ÂŁ35,000-ÂŁ40,000 + ÂŁ3,000 car allowance

We’re looking for a Supported Living Manager to provide operational leadership and oversight across supported living services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.

đź’ˇ About the Role
In this role, you will:
Ensure effective oversight and management of staff rotas, including proactive planning to maintain safe staffing levels in line with assessed needs, risk profiles and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to audits, quality improvement plans, incident reviews and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, organisational policies, safeguarding procedures and regulatory frameworks.
Oversee person‑centred care planning, risk assessments, support plans, positive risk‑taking and reviews, ensuring those plans promote independence, wellbeing, and least restrictive practice.
Build effective relationships with individuals, families, MDT colleagues, commissioners, and external agencies.

📚 Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or working toward)
Mandatory training relevant to Health & Social Care
Experience managing supported living or community‑based services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or physical disabilities.
Strong understanding of CQC regulatory standards, safeguarding legislation, MCA/DoLS/Liberty Protection Safeguards, Care Act 2014.
