R22 000 per month + amazing bonus structure (based on targets!)

We’re looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team and help ensure timely payments, accurate accounts, and excellent customer service. Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner, and we are hiring a Credit Controller. 💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

· Ensure timely and effective collection of all outstanding debts
· Maintain contact with clients to ensure invoices are ready for payment
· Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
· Meet cash and debtor targets set by the business
· Liaise closely with other departments to resolve any credit issues
· Handle disputed invoices and negotiate solutions
· Undertake account reconciliations
· Provide updated statements and maintain accurate records

This is a dynamic role where strong communication and attention to detail make a real difference.

🎯 What You’ll Bring

· Minimum of 1 year Credit Control experience
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
· Excellent attention to detail
· High level of experience with Microsoft Excel
· Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders
