Shifts between 6am and 10pm Monday to Sunday on a rota basis (1 weekend in 5)

Do you enjoy motivating others and leading teams to perform at their best in a fast‑paced environment? We’re looking for Bookings Team Leader to drive performance with a team of Bookings Partners, ensuring healthcare professionals are efficiently placed into shifts across our NHS clients.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Bookings Team Leader. Part of Acacium Group, Bank Partners are the UK's leading independent expert in managed staff bank solutions to the NHS. Bank Partners supports healthcare professionals to work flexibly whilst providing cover for gaps in rosters that would otherwise impact patient safety. We work in partnership with our clients to reduce agency spend, improve governance and elevate their flexible workforce models.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Provide daily management to a team of Bookings Partners, monitoring and driving performance through 121s and team meetings.

• Ensure we're delivering a seamless and professional bookings service to foster ongoing customer relationships and candidate retention.

• Effectively manage the bookings system, delegating incoming queries and ensuring activity is tracked.

• Liaise with our internal teams to gain insight on priority areas, provide updates on progress and identify areas for improvement.

This is a role where your leadership and motivation skills will make a real difference.
