💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Develop and strengthen referral partnerships to support increased access to care for elderly and self funded patients across your assigned area.

• Develop and maintain relationships with care providers including hospitals, GPs & social workers.

• Maintain accurate records of referral activity and provider engagement.

• Ensure providers meet quality and compliance standards.

• Provide market insights to inform decision making and drive regional growth.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and providers.

This is a role where your ability to build meaningful relationships, spot opportunities and understand customer needs will directly drive growth and make a real difference.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

• Experienced within business development, sales or account management

• Demonstrable networking and relationship building skills

• Ability to work proactively and independently in a field based role

• Knowledge of elderly care services, care provisions & self funding pathways

• An organised and consultative approach

• A confident and informative presenter
