đź’ˇ About the Role
In this role, you will:
Develop and strengthen referral partnerships to support increased access to care for elderly and self funded patients across your assigned area.
Develop and maintain relationships with care providers including hospitals, GPs & social workers.
Maintain accurate records of referral activity and provider engagement.
Ensure providers meet quality and compliance standards.
Provide market insights to inform decision making and drive regional growth.
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and providers.
This is a role where your ability to build meaningful relationships, spot opportunities and understand customer needs will directly drive growth and make a real difference.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For
Experienced within business development, sales or account management
Demonstrable networking and relationship building skills
Ability to work proactively and independently in a field based role
Knowledge of elderly care services, care provisions & self funding pathways
An organised and consultative approach
A confident and informative presenter
