Unlock your potential:
Join a growing South Africa team that connects world‑class healthcare professionals to roles that make a real difference. Whether you’re coordinating recruitment pipelines or driving compliance clearances, you’ll sit at the heart of our clinical staffing operations supporting placements across NHS and private healthcare organisations while delivering standout candidate and client experiences.
Every day you will...
In this talent pool, we hire for two closely connected functions. Depending on your strengths, you may focus on one or bring a hybrid skillset across both:
Recruitment Coordination
Pre‑screen and progress candidates (Consultants, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals) through our ATS/CRM, creating urgency and momentum through to clearance and handover to bookings.
Coordinate shift and vacancy placements, track progress in real time, and support contract launches and gap meetings to ensure seamless delivery.
Compliance Coordination
· Own the end‑to‑end pre‑employment compliance journey so healthcare candidates meet all requirements on time (e.g., right‑to‑work, Proof of ID, DBS checks, professional registrations).
· Maintain accurate documentation and compliance trackers, partner closely with recruitment/operations to streamline processes and mitigate risk.
Shared impact across both
Build strong, professional relationships with candidates, supply chain partners, and internal stakeholders.
Communicate clearly, manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and consistently hit team KPIs and service standards.
To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…
· 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment and/or healthcare compliance (UK healthcare market experience is an advantage).
· Excellent written and verbal communication, confident phone and email etiquette with candidates and stakeholders.
· Organised, detail‑driven, and proactive, comfortable working to targets and deadlines in a high‑volume setting.
· Familiarity with compliance processes and common ATS/CRM tools.
