Do you have a background in recruitment compliance and a passion for coaching teams? We’re looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Team Leader to support our team in ensuring all healthcare workers are recruited and onboarded in accordance with quality procedures, framework guidelines and employment regulations.

Part of Acacium Group, Pulse Mental Health are a recognised leading UK agency for healthcare professionals in the UK market. We work with both NHS trusts and the private sector to place registered mental health professionals into temporary, permanent and contract roles. Our expert teams take the time to fully support candidates and ensure we are delivering an outstanding service in everything we do.
đź’ˇ About the Role
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with our sales teams to ensure candidates are sourced and onboarded to meet the needs of our healthcare clients.
Coach, support and motivate the team to achieve KPIs, conducting regular 1:1s and coaching sessions.
Conduct internal audits and support the team with onboarding new starters through compliance processes.
Work closely with the Compliance Team Manager to establish and drive KPIs within the team.
This is a role where your leadership skills will really make a difference.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For
Experience in coaching and managing teams to achieve KPIs.
Compliance experience within a recruitment setting, collecting documentation and clearing files.
