Every day you will:
You’ll be at the heart of collaboration - working closely with Sales Managers and Candidate Care teams to meet client needs while driving efficiency and compliance across the business. From preparing for audits and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to mentoring new starters and coaching your team, you’ll lead with confidence and clarity. You’ll also step in for the Compliance Team Manager when needed, ensuring KPIs are met and challenges are resolved quickly and accurately.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to:
You’ll bring exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise both your own and your team’s workload. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record in a sales-driven environment. You’ll need experience resolving queries quickly and accurately, and the ability to prepare management information with confidence. Leadership qualities are key - you’ll motivate and mentor your team while managing multiple priorities with ease.
Desirable skills include: strong IT proficiency, ability to delegate effectively, and experience using and managing databases.
Bonus experience: working in healthcare, exposure to NHS/Public sector, and responsibility for quality control.
