Do you have experience in quality assurance or audit? We’re looking for an Assessment Quality Assurer to join our team and review clinician reports to uphold clinical standards.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring an Assessment Quality Assurer. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Review and quality assure clinical assessment reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with internal and external standards
• Identify inconsistencies, errors, or areas for improvement in clinician documentation and provide constructive, supportive feedback to clinicians to promote continuous improvement
• Support the implementation and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of quality strategies and suggest enhancements
• Contribute to the achievement of project milestones by ensuring timely and high-quality report reviews

This is a role where your attention to detail and communication skills will really make a difference.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For
