We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Pulse Nursing team in Cape Town. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding healthcare professionals to support our clients’ needs across the UK. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, conducting pre-screen interviews, guiding them through the compliance process, and ensuring they’re ready to be placed into roles that make a real difference.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your ability to build relationships, create urgency, and manage candidate pipelines will be key to your success.
Every day you will...
- Review applications in our ATS (Greenhouse) and conduct telephone pre-screens
- Set up candidate records in our CRM and explain compliance requirements
- Manage a pipeline of candidates through to clearance
- Liaise with the bookings team once candidates are ready to work
- Respond to candidate queries and escalate issues when needed

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…
- 1-2 years experience in recruitment or healthcare staffing
- 1-2 years experience in compliance within the healthcare sector
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet strict deadlines
- A positive and engaging manner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced industry
- A professional approach and commitment to continuous development
