We are growing our recruitment team and we have an exciting opportunity for an Compliance Coordinator to join us in our Bristol office! In this role you will ensure community databases are maintained, the compliancy of staff files are maintained and you are administrating clinical aspects of the databases in a non-clinical capacity. This is an incredibly rewarding role, as you will have a direct impact on the growth and success of the business!

Every day you will...
- Ensure regular contact is made with all of our active staff members regarding their Compliance status and support them in updating this.
- Proactively manage the compliancy of all staff members registered on the Community databases
- Countersign DBS applications following both DBS and ICS guidelines
- Manage community worker status’ as relevant to the individuals’ compliance requirements
- Work closely with other members of the Community teams to provide a well-connected service for our staff members and clients

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
- Customer service and/or administration background with prior experience of call handling
- A passion for providing a high standard of customer service with good relationship building skillsets
- An ability to organise and prioritise own work load whilst juggling a multiple number of tasks at once and working to deadlines
- Self-motivated and driven, ability to work without supervision
- A willingness to do well with a good attitude and approach to work!
