We have an exciting, part-time opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team!
This is a creative role where you'll bring our Xyla brands to life through different medias, from working on patient brochures through to designing social media posts. You'll collaborate with the wider marketing team on various design projects, ensuring that corporate guidelines are developed and adhered to across all marketing material, maintaining our corporate values and reputation.
This is a great opportunity for someone that is highly organised, passionate and full of ideas as you will be working on multiple campaigns, ensuring key campaigns are prioritised and that final design elements are delivered to the highest quality and on time.
Whilst working in Acacium Group's central marketing team, you will be creating design work for our Xyla brands. Xyla is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed.
Everyday you will...
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365 to deliver high-quality design work for a variety of settings, including digital advertising, conference signage, email communications, website, flyers and brochures, social media and more
- Review and digest creative briefs, identify key elements and execute clear, compelling visual design work
- Produce engaging and innovative creative executions for advertising campaigns and other communications channels, in line with each brand’s overall marketing strategy and direction provided by the marketing team
- Create and implement design strategies for our brands, including developing existing brand guidelines to ensure our brands remain professional, contemporary and relevant

To thrive in this role, you must have...
- Graphic design experience across multiple brands or clients
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365 and Canva
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work with a diverse brand portfolio with efficiency and high attention to detail
- Excellent creative skills, including the ability to ideate and develop creative concepts for design and content
