Are you passionate about mental health? Do you have experience in quality assurance or audit within a healthcare setting?
We have exciting new opportunities to join our team as an Assessment Quality Specialist! This is a key role is ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent, and equitable neurodevelopmental services across our NHS and private contracts, by championing communication and collaboration, providing excellent attention to detail, and maintaining the highest commitment to quality.
This role focuses on reviewing clinician reports to uphold clinical standards, supporting continuous improvement and enhancing the overall client experience along with supporting our patients whilst in our care.
Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.
Every day you will…
- Review and quality assure clinical assessment reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with internal and external standards
- Identify inconsistencies, errors, or areas for improvement in clinician documentation and provide constructive, supportive feedback to clinicians to promote continuous improvement
- Support the implementation and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of quality strategies and suggest enhancements
- Contribute to the achievement of project milestones by ensuring timely and high-quality report reviews
