We are looking for a Senior Platform Analyst to join our team where you will support and help manage a wide variety of applications across the Low Code and AI Platforms portfolio. This role primarily focuses on applications built on low-code platforms such as Outsystems, Blue Prism, and similar technologies, as well as our in-house built AI applications. The role adheres to an agreed best practice framework, keeping functional documentation about the Applications updated.
This internal customer-facing role requires excellent communication skills as it will work closely with our Development Teams, build and execute test plans, and lead deployment of functionality into the production environment, including associated internal communications.
Everyday you will...
- Act as liaison between internal stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors to translate user stories and business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Ensure familiarity with any new functionality and liaise with stakeholders to ensure they have the tools to perform their functions, documenting any subsequent outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally across multiple departments to scope, plan, and deliver platform enhancements and new projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Triage, analyse, and resolve application issues, identifying patterns or root causes to proactively reduce incident volume.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues or inefficiencies, proposing and delivering technical or process-based solutions.
- Ensure all changes and new deployments follow formal release and change control processes, including CAB preparation.
- Own the documentation of application processes, data flows, and GDPR/information security considerations across all platform applications.

To thrive in this role, you must have...
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a platform analyst or similar product-focused, cross-functional role.
- Understanding of application lifecycles and basic software development practices.
- Be comfortable working across global teams and time zones
- Experience managing backlog, writing clear user stories, and supporting delivery sprints.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and incident management best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in or managing Low Code platforms (Outsystems, Blue Prism, Power Platform, etc.) or custom AI-based applications.
