We have a new opportunity for an organised and professional individual to join our team in Bristol as a Community Governance Coordinator.
We're seeking a proactive problem solver to join our team! You will handle concerns, complaints, and incidents across our Xyla Community services brands. In this role, you will be required to liaise and support all involved as well as communicating with safeguarding boards and professional and regulatory bodies such as the NMC and CQC.

Our community services team leverage short-term, long-term and lifetime solutions to quickly adapt to the changing needs of healthcare systems. As a CQC-registered healthcare organisation, working in partnership with integrated care systems and other NHS organisations, we deliver exceptional elective care outside of hospital.
Everyday you will…
- Use our Inphase system and will be responsible for processing and updating complaints and incidents and escalating serious incidents.
- Be responsible for coordinating the investigation and evidence gathering
- Support those involved in an incident or complaint and provide support, updates and outcomes
- Identify where change is required in process or within a care package to reduce risk moving forward
- Identify any trends or patterns within your case load.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
- Previous customer service experience to build rapport and help manage expectations during any interaction
- The ability to manage a database and keep records up to date so good knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential
- Confident communication and have excellent written and oral skills
- A background in working in a process led environment
