In this role, you'll be at the forefront of implementing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft 365 technologies, including Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online. You'll manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of Intune for device and application management, as well as testing, planning, and deploying new vendor patches, operating systems, and software releases.
You'll maintain SharePoint environments to enhance document management and collaboration, troubleshoot issues, provide 3rd line support, and guide end-users on M365 tools and features. If you're passionate about technology and eager to make a global impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Every day you will…
- Software Deployment: Use Intune to roll out software and make sure everyone gets what they need. Test and update patches to keep things running smoothly and securely.
- Device Management: Use MDM tools to keep all network devices in check and up to security standards.
- SharePoint: Maintain and set up SharePoint sites, keeping them fresh with the latest best practices and security tips.
- Azure AD: Manage Azure AD, including users, groups, licenses, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access, ensuring everything runs optimally and securely.
- Software Compliance: Keep track of software usage on end-user devices to ensure we’re compliant with licensing and security requirements.
- Technical Projects: Tackle technical projects and support tasks. Draft reports and share recommendations with managers and project sponsors.

- Service Desk Skills: Solid experience with 3rd line service desk support.
- Microsoft365 Expertise: Proven skills in Exchange, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and PowerShell.
- Hardware Management: Hands-on experience managing hardware.
- Proactive Attitude: Always looking for solutions and staying ahead of issues
