Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
£26,000 per annum plus travel expenses paid

We are seeking a Junior Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in our company's success. In this position, you will support external clients in enhancing the end-to-end patient experience across all identified processes, systems, and policies. You will help clients identify the root causes of their performance issues and implement co-designed, sustainable solutions.

Every day you will…

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
• Analyse existing processes, systems, and policies to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience.
• Facilitate meetings to co-design solutions with clients.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the improvement process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

To thrive in this role you must ideally have...

• Previous experience in consulting, process improvement, or a related role.
• The ability to Organise and Prioritise workload effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use data for decision-making and performance evaluation.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
