We are seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager for Xyla Healthcare Services to play a pivotal role in driving growth for our division, both in core and new services/markets, aligned with our five-year plan.
As a Growth & Partnerships Manager, your main mission will be to manage tender opportunities that boost our market share for core services and scale new ones. You'll also explore new markets and services to drive our growth.
You'll work closely with the Strategic Growth Director, Senior Leadership Team, BD/Sales teams, and operational and commercial colleagues across Healthcare Services. Together, you'll develop new opportunities from initial capture through to bid outcome and learning.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue, aiming to meet or exceed our five-year plan.
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships to support national strategy and local tender opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies and stay ahead of market changes.
- Conduct market research to identify growth areas, inform entry strategies, and discover new market segments.
- Manage tender opportunities through the bid process, ensuring compliance and addressing client needs.
- Attend events and engage with clients to influence technical and commercial aspects of opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement growth propositions and high-quality tender submissions.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…
- Healthcare operational experience in solution/service building and insourcing/outsourcing operations.
- Bid/tender management experience from needs assessment to bid outcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and communication, including bid documentation.
- Effective time management for handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail with data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial awareness with a project management approach.
