We have an exciting oppourtunity for a Contract Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring effective contract management and successful partnership engagement with internal stakeholders and with NHS Trusts. This position requires exceptional diligence, negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions and staffing needs. The Contract Manager collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Bank Partners teams, to meet contractual obligations, mitigate risks, and exceed client expectations.You will manage and lead a small team of Bank Partners staff leading a team to success whilst acting as an escalation point to ensure the smooth contract delivery.

Every day you will...
- Foster robust working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Cultivating trust and collaboration to enhance partnerships whilst understanding of business objectives, challenges, and requirements then aligning strategies to meet client needs.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day management of an on-site team. Regular 1:1's and objective setting where you will support in providing coaching, training and creating development plans to drive success against KPI's.
- Resolve conflicts promptly and effectively whilst skilfully negotiating solutions to ensure mutual satisfaction and sustained partnerships.
- Regularly assess and analyse contract performance. Deliver against key KPI’s and metrics, deliverables, and milestones whilst identifying areas for enhancement and recommending solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the contract. looking for ways to enhance revenue upsell and cross-sell of Group services.
- Hold internal partners accountable for performance maintaining and tracking relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting outcomes to NHS Trusts and within internal operations meetings.

To thrive in this role, you will have...
- Proven experience within Healthcare in a Account/Contract Management or in a similar client-facing role
- Experience in the recruitment/temporary workforce sector being highly advantageous.
- Previous line management experience to support staff development, workload management and dirivng the team to achieving contract KPI's.
- Organisational and multitasking skills with demonstrable resiliance and an ability to work under pressure
- An analytical data led approach and able to demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders with good people skills for effective liaison with customers and internal teams.
