We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Healthcare Business Partner, where you will work collabratively ensuring seamless operations and effective communication between clinical and non-clinical stakeholders supporting a consistent service delivery.
You will serve as the primary on-site contact for stakeholders to build trust through handling complex queries, with a focus on improving the bank fill rate and reducing agency staff reliance, prioritising excellent customer service. A key part of your role will be to drive positive changes through insight, research, and collaboration, educating to reduce excess demand and fostering strong relationships with eRostering and ESR teams.

Every day you will...
- As the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders understanding their needs and proactively addressing any concerns where you will have regular check-ins with to maintain open communication and gather feedback.
- Work in partnership with recruitment, delivery, compliance and business support to ensure an effective service and resolve day to day queries looking for opportunities to improve processes and service delivery continually.
- Actively explore approaches to boost the bank’s staffing fill rate, aiming to reduce dependence on external agency workers.
- Look at Market Intelligence (MI) on a regular basis to predict demand trends and surges, strategically adjusting trust booking patterns to enhance service efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner keeping an eye on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to our customers to support business growth.

To thrive in this role, you will ideally have...
- Previous high volume client management or recruitment experience with an understanding of healthcare/MSP/RPO recruitment being advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills both written and verbal with good problem solving skilletset and a high attention to detail.
- Expertise in carrying out data analysis and reporting on this to key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities for resolving complex queries, especially when under pressure whilst being confident in administrative duties.
