Xyla Healthcare Services are looking to recruit a Senior Reporting Coordinator to join their busy Reporting Team. This role will primarily focus on ensuring data accuracy and integrity, compiling and submitting regular reports to NHS England and other external stakeholders as well as collaborating closely with our Management Information team to test new datasets and reports.

Every day you will…
- Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports and datasets for both internal and external stakeholders
- Produce insightful data analysis to convey health outcomes and trends
- Effectively communicate data insights and ensure stakeholders understand the methodologies and implications of the data presented
- Review reports and conduct rigorous data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Investigate issues with data entry, correct data errors, and implement validation processes to maintain data integrity
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and knowledge surrounding data administration and the use of client management systems.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…
- Experience of handling high volumes of data
- Demonstrate high attention to detail around data handling and quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with particular competency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of data protection and compliance standards
