Are you passionate about health improvement and enjoy motivating others to lead a healthier lifestyle? Xyla is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme as a Health and Wellbeing Coach. In this role, you will meet with service users at risk of type 2 diabetes, providing them with the knowledge and support they need to achieve a healthier future through a series of group coaching sessions.

Every day you will:
- Conduct initial assessments with service users, taking measurements and running through questionnaires
- Deliver group sessions covering nutrition, physical activity, and behaviour change
- Work with service users to help them achieve their goals
- Maintain data monitoring records for all service users within your caseload in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist the service user engagement strategy to ensure adherence to the programme and minimise dropouts
- Where required, conduct risk assessments on potential delivery venues.

To thrive in this role, you must have...
- A BSc in Sports & Exercise Science OR a REPS level 3 in Personal Training
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- A passionate for health improvement
- A full driver’s license and access to a vehicle
