We are looking for a customer service-focused individual to join our Customer Service team in London, where you will deliver a first-class experience to all external customers and go above and beyond to put customer service at the heart of everything you do. You will be joining a fantastic team who work collaboratively to achieve great results and make a significant impact on the success of the business.

Every day you will...
- Deal with the database management – ensuring all staff who have not worked are contacted and their file updated accordingly, are offered alternative UCLH Bank opportunities, or archived from the system.
- Conduct pre-screens for candidates to determine their suitability to the roles the programme has to offer.
- Ensure candidate's files adhere to local trusts compliance process and general legislation, right-to-work checks
- Thoroughly checking all required documentation to ensure it complies with our policies and standards.
- Interact with others in an open, honest, respectful and fair manner, use a range of communication styles and methods to convey information.

- Excellent Telephone Manner.
- Proficient IT Skills.
