Do you enjoy delivering customer service over the phone? We’re looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our team and promote the value of an ADHD, Autism or combined assessment through Xyla, offering support and resources.
Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Patient Coordinator. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.
đź’ˇ About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Contact our clients following receipt of their booking request, to promote the service and offer support and resources.
- Conduct initial screening calls, with the aim of providing reassurance and information to convert those eligible into booking an assessment.
- Handle inbound call queries and register clients on to our service, ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Build and maintain relationships with all clients and offer a first-class service within every interaction.
This is a role where your exceptional customer service skills will really make a difference.

- Confidence working with Microsoft packages like Word, Excel and Outlook.
- An ability to deal with challenging situations with customers, and provide effective solutions.
